President of Turkmenistan attends ceremony of putting first facilities into operation in Avaza national tourism zone

On the coast of ancient Khazar the grandiose festivities on occasion of putting the first health-improving centres in Avaza national tourism zone into operation took part with the participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

President of the Republic of Belarus Aleksander Lukashenko arrived on an official visit to Ashgabat.

Vice Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov and other official persons greeted the honorary guest at the Ashgabat International Airport. The girls and boys dressed in the national costumes offered bread and salt and presented the bouquets of wonderful flowers to the leader of the friendly state.

The President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution authorizing the Turkmenobahyzmat Association to conclude the contract for purchase of 1,000 Belarus-80X tractors and 500 Belarus-82.1 tractors and spare parts amounted to US$ 33.44 million with Minskiy Traktorny Zavod Belarusian State Unitary Enterprise.

The People's Republic of China will provide a purpose loan worth US $ 3 billion to Turkmenistan for commercial development of Southern Yoloten gas field. An agreement to this effect was reached during talks on cooperation in the energy sphere held by the delegation of Turkmenistan in Beijing. Vice-Prime Minister Tachberdi Tagyev informed the president of Turkmenistan about this at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports.
