Recently, the specialists Turkmengaz and Turkmennebitgazgurlusyk State Concerns put the gas treating unit into operation in Gurrukbil-Garabil group of deposits, which is located in the territory Tahtabazar Etrap, Mary Velayat. Putting in to operation of the unit with the capacity of 4 billion cubic metres a year marked the beginning of the first stage of pilot commercial production on the deposits

The first tons of oil were dispatched from Yylakly field in Central Karakum to the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. The subdivisions of Turkmennebit State Concern launched pilot and commercial operation of the deposits, which are located 65 kilometers to the north of the etrap centre Baharly in Ahal Velayat.

Viktor Yushchenko would visit Turkmenistan this September. At the invitation of the Turkmen leader the President of Ukraine would attend the ceremony of putting the railway bridge across the Amu Darya River into operation. The bridge was constructed by the Ukrainian companies.
