GAZ Group has successfully fulfilled four contracts signed with state structures of Turkmenistan in 2008. 250 specialized vehicles worth US $ 4.3 million were supplied to the Turkmen Interior, Defense and Food Processing Ministries and State Border Service, GAZ said in a press release. The contracts commit the supplier to provide post-production guarantee maintenance during a two-year period.

Earlier, new agreements have been reached for the supply of more than 150 GAZ vehicles, including for Turkmengaz' emergency breakdown service, as well as fuel dispensers for the Turkmen Agricultural Ministry and other specialized vehicles.
