The center has one- and two-bed wards. It is designed for simultaneous treatment of 100 patients. The center accommodates ten departments - consulting-diagnostic, laboratory and operations, as well as the department of radiation diagnosis, X-ray angiography, intensive therapy, maxillofacial surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and neurosurgery.

Medical equipment that was delivered from Germany, Italy, the United States and other countries would allow for conducting more than 30 new types of operations, including the correction of congenital and acquired deficiencies and damages.

The launch of the facility was dedicated to the 14th anniversary of the state program "Saglyk" (Health) and the Day of Health and Medical Industry, which was celebrated for the first time, the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat. Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the opening of the clinic which was erected by Turkish builders.
