36 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

The businessmen from the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland and Netherlands bought A-80 petrol, low-sulphur furnace fuel oil, hydrotreated diesel fuel and polypropylene produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries. The businessmen from Great Britain bought A-grade salt cake. The buyers from Cyprus and Switzerland concluded the contracts for ginned cotton, from the United States and the Virgin Islands – refined cotton oil, cotton yarn, gray knitted cloth and gray cloth, from Iran – cotton yarn, from Russia – knitted cloth, jacquard and one-coloured terry towels. The contracts concluded in the hard currency totaled over US$218.363 million.

The transactions concluded in the deposit manats totaled over 27.638 million manats. The foreign businessmen bought raw fatty acids, recycled fiber, wadding, small cattle skin, gray cloth, saraja and washed karakul wool. The buyer countries: India, Pakistan, Switzerland, the Virgin Islands, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan.

The Turkmen businessmen bought ginned cotton to the sum of over 5 billion manats.
