Exchange news 21 transactions were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. The transactions in the hard currency totaled over US$ 221.58 million. The businessmen from Iran bought polypropylene, liquefied gas and A-92 petrol (produced at the Turkmenbashi oil refineries). The buyers from the United Arab Emirates concluded the contracts for hydrotreated diesel fuel and low sulphur reduced fuel oil. The businessmen from the British Virgin Islands bought L-0,2-62 diesel fuel. The Russian businessmen bought liquefied gas from the Nayip terminal. The contracts were concluded for cotton yarn, ginned cotton, dyed terry fabric, knitted goods, washed karakul wool and gray cloth. The buyer countries: the United States, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and the Virgin Islands. The transactions concluded in the deposit manats totaled over 2.789 billion manats. The businessmen from Belize and India bought cotton yarn and the buyers from Kyrgyzstan concluded the contracts for cotton oil soap stock.
