The diplomat thanked the President of Turkmenistan for the opportunity of a personal meeting and expressed profound gratitude for providing assistance and support for his activities that had profoundly contribute to the successful work of the Polish diplomatic mission.

Dr. Maciej Lang said that Poland was keenly interested in and highly respected the Turkmen leader’s innovative policy, which had provided the country with new vast opportunities to develop further and won the Turkmen state and people the high international prestige. “I take the very good recollections with me and I will be very glad to visit Turkmenistan again, to come to the country to which I have devoted a part of my life, a part of my soul,” the guest said.

Greeting the diplomat the Turkmen leader highly appreciated the traditional friendly Turkmen-Polish relations that were filled with a new content today and built on a mutually advantageous basis.

Noting that Turkmen-Polish cooperation had a profound potential and meet the interests of the peoples of two countries Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Dr. Maciej Lang called for full-scale implementation of it in compliance with the priorities of dynamically expanded collaboration between Turkmenistan and Poland, in particular. In this context emphasis was put on the role of business and cultural contacts as an essential factor for creating the climate of mutual confidence and understanding.

The Turkmen leader expressed gratitude to Maciej Lang for contributing to developing bilateral cooperation and wished him further accomplishments in his diplomatic career.

In conclusion Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and his guest focused on the firmness of traditionally friendly ties between two countries and expressed belief that they would be successfully fostered.
