During yesterday's government meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed the Foreign Ministry to pass an invitation to the Ukrainian leader asking him also to take part in a stone-laying ceremony of a cement plant in Koitendag district of Lebap province. He noted "the special nature of the Turkmen-Ukrainian cooperation, under which a number of joint projects are successfully implemented in Turkmenistan."
