In early October the Ministry of Culture and TV and Radio Broadcasting will hold the Turkmen Land – the Cradle of Early Cultures and Civilizations International Scientific Conference.

The conference will bring together the scientists from over 20 countries worldwide including Russia, CIS states, the United States, Great Britain, Ireland, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Egypt, India. The experts in archeology, history of architecture and linguistics who show keen interest in the historical and cultural monuments of our country will gather in Turkmenistan.

Ashgabat, the Ahal, the Mary and the Dashoguz Velayat invite the foreign guests providing a unique opportunity to know the evidence of the ancient cultural heritage of the Turkmen people better.

The review of the Turkmen archeologists’ achievements during the years of independence, which have witness the boom of archeological excavations and research, will be presented to the conference participants. The scientists from different countries will share recent experiences in safekeeping and conservation of the archeological sites.

The Turkmen Land – the Cradle of Early Cultures and Civilizations International Scientific Conference will facilitate co-operation among the scientists from different countries worldwide on the protection and study of the historical and cultural monuments of Turkmenistan.
